Fire damage is one of the worst things a homeowner can face. It doesn't just wreck what's visible - it works its way into the framing, the subfloor, the electrical, everything. When a property gets hit that hard, a quick patch job isn't the answer. You have to go back to the bones.

That's exactly where we are on this one. The entire interior has been stripped down to the stud framing and subfloor. Every wall, every room - bare. That's not something we take lightly. Gutting a house to this level takes planning. You have to know what's staying, what's going, and what needs to be rebuilt from scratch before you pull a single piece of drywall.

What you're seeing here is the foundation of a full whole home remodel - and restoration jobs like this are actually where our process shines. Once everything is exposed, we can assess the real scope of damage. Compromised subfloor sections, old plumbing rough-ins, the electrical panel, all of it gets evaluated before we start rebuilding. No guessing. No covering up problems that will just come back later.

The framing is solid where it counts, and the structure is ready for the next phase. From here, we're talking new plumbing, updated electrical, fresh insulation, drywall throughout, and eventually the finishes - kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, all of it. It's a big job. But this is what we do.

Restoration work after a fire is one of the most complex things a contractor can take on. It requires experience across every trade - and the ability to manage all of it without things falling through the cracks. We're excited about where this one is headed. Stay tuned.
