Bold Green Backsplash Kitchen Remodel Almost Complete

Most kitchens feel generic. Same white subway tile. Same predictable layout. Nothing that makes you actually want to spend time in the space. That's what we set out to fix here - and the result is something that genuinely stands out.

The focal point of this whole kitchen is the deep green glazed tile backsplash running the full length of the walls. The tile has a handmade, slightly varied finish that catches light in a way flat tile just doesn't. Paired against crisp white shaker uppers and dark charcoal-toned lower cabinets, the combination hits that sweet spot between bold and grounded. It doesn't feel trendy for the sake of it - it feels intentional.

We're still wrapping up the final details on this one - flooring is going in, a few electrical covers still need to come together - but the bones of this kitchen are locked in. The quartz countertops in a white marble-look pattern tie everything together without competing with the tile. The undermount sink is set, the faucet is in, and the layout flows exactly the way it should.

This is what kitchen remodeling can look like when the design choices are made with purpose. Color doesn't have to be risky. When it's balanced the right way - through cabinet tone, countertop finish, and the right tile profile - it elevates the whole room. We work through every one of those decisions with our clients before a single tile goes up.

If your kitchen is stuck in a rut and you're ready to do something that actually reflects your style, this is the kind of work we do every day. The finish line on this one is close - and it's going to be worth every bit of the process.
